Today´s was a rather long leg of road via Paarl and Worcester to the Breede River Valley. In Robertson we stopped for lunch and some wine tasting at Bon Courage Estate. Through Cogman´s Kloof we arrived at Montagu where we went for a little walk. We even had our personal guide - a little she-dog who joined us for all the way.

After a short drive we arrived in Swellendam at Old Thatch Lodge. In the evening we made ourself at home in front of the fireplace...

Our host Karin had told us very much about the De Hoop Nature Rerserve and we were looking forward to our visit the next day. =>
